| This single level design has an irresistible, comforting appeal. The house is loaded with the conveniences and extras to make anyone proud to call it home. Vaulted ceilings in the dining room, sun room, and master bed room give the house a noble and open feeling. The living room has a two sided fire place that can be enjoyed from the nook, as well. A separate room, complete with cabinets, has been dedicated to laundry. The master bath has a double vanity, cozy tub, and a shower stall. Closets throughout the house have been dedicated to linen, coats, and extra storage, eliminating the need to clutter personal closets in the bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a dividing wall to separate the double vanity from the tub and toilet. Out in the garage, offset spaces give that needed room to store yard equipment and tools.
