It's
hard to argue over the flowing, flexible layout of this plan. The
efficiency is evident in its separation of living areas and private areas.
Having the bedrooms all to one side of the house makes family life a
little easier, well at least more convenient. Efficiency was not the only
goal for this design. The creative dining room has columned entries for a
more formal look and a hint of sophistication. The exterior of this house
is not like all the others in that there is an angled notch off the dining
room and the garage does not face the street.
The kitchen is included with the other "living" areas. The utility area and pantry on one side and a breakfast , less formal eating area on the other. The living area houses a corner fireplace and a 10' high vaulted ceiling, a feature also found in the dining, breakfast, and master bedroom to heighten ones' awareness of space. This floor plan has a lot to offer for the changing ways of the future. |
