plan comes from one of our most popular designs; it's split bedroom style
keeps them coming back. This version has a sun room off the living room
and breakfast nook to make this activity area more enjoyable for everyone.
The breakfast nook, located just off the kitchen brings sunlight and
laughter to mealtime, has a built-in desk and pantry, as well as triple
windows and a vaulted ceiling. There is a formal dining room at the front
of the house, making get-togethers at your place, the place to be. Plant
ledges are throughout this plan, one in the living room, above the utility
room and in the master bedroom, making it easy to find a place to put your
collectibles.
The master bedroom has an 11'-5" vaulted ceiling and walk-in closet. The exterior is an American traditional style brick home that kindles your spirit. The garage can be side loaded, lot permitting.
